I was charged a different amount than shown on the website
If you paid via Eventbrite.com:
and your credit / debit card was charged a different amount than shown on the website here could be the reason:
The CSM and CSPO workshop charges are in USD, as clearly mentioned on our ScrumAlliance and Eventbrite listing. If you used a credit / debit card issued in a different country, let's say Canada. Due to currency coversion the amount reflecting on your credit card may differ.
For further clarification / charge discrepancy, please connect with your credit / debit card provider / Eventbrite.com support.
At Agile For Growth Inc, we don’t know / don't have your credit / debit card details and the entire financial transaction - charge is handled by Eventbrite.com -> which is a publicly listed company.
If you paid via Zelle:
All Zelle transactions are initiated by you (our customers) and we have no way to change the amount charged to you.
If you paid via Stripe:
If you paid via Stripe using a credit / debit card issued outside USA, due to the currency coversion the amount reflecting on your credit / debit card may differ. At Agile For Growth Inc, we don’t know / don't have your credit / debit card details and the entire financial transaction - charge is handled by Stripe.com -> An international company.
